ProSecPred - PROkaryotic SECretome PREDiction pipeline

The PROkaryotic SECretome PREDiction pipeline (ProSecPred) aims to screen prokaryotic secretory/excretory proteins by predicting the subcellular localization with program of PSORTb v3.0 [1].
